I ordered the face cleanser that was advertised as 'high tolerance' as advertised on the picture shown. The product that came was not the same, it was a 'gentle cleanser' formula. Not really impressed by that to be honest but really could not be bothered to send it back and then go through the process of asking for a refund. I have been suffering with extremely oily skin and bad, painful spot breakouts. After a bit of research and reading lots of positive things about cetaphil, I switched my usual (and more expensive 👀) L’Oréal face wash with this one. It’s a week later, and I am so SO happy! My skin is no longer oily and I haven’t had any more angry breakouts 😍. I moisturise afterwards with Simple Hydrating Light Moisturiser (which is nice and light on your skin and does a good job). Fantastic for sensitive skin but...
This product works wonders for sensitive skin and it doesn't hurt your eyes! I use it in place of my regular face wash: two pumps, once per day, and use a mild toner after. This (coupled with a soft kognack root sponge) have improved the condition on my skin over the past few weeks and has helped to reduce the outbreak of new spots. I wouldn't say it is perfect, neither would I agree with all the YouTube videos claiming that it will completely rid you of all acne.
