An inexpensive and effective solution to modernise an antiquated car stereo.
Does exactly what it claims to do (I've not tried using it for phones calls though - my primary requirement is for streaming music from my phone). I can get into the car, with my phone in my pocket, press 'next track' on the head unit, and playback continues from where it left off. The instructions were terrible (hence 4 stars), but the supplier provided better ones so it worked out well in the end. It was easy enough to fit - a little tight for space but the previous owner of the car had bodged a load of extra connections behind the head unit so I guess most folk will find it easier. Fitted to a 2006 Audi TT mark 1, with 'Chorus' head unit and CD changer. The photo is relevant only to this combination!. In the photo: discard the cable bottom left, screw the black flying lead to the head unit casing, leave the single blue block unattached, wrap some insulation tape around the remaining small white connector and the bullet connectors with white & black wires, then fit the blocks in between the head unit and the CD changer connector block. Excellent communications from the supplier, and quick delivery.

Quite satisfactory considering handsfree installed to 2004 model Audi A6, in the year 2021
BAD: No separate ringer unless CD mode is on. Must hear the telephone ringer. CD reading sound comes from behind. Trunk CD loader blocked. Only front loader active. USB is only to charge, cant read flash memory music (not a surprise, it was declared). GOOD: Very fast delivery. Easily installed. Readily connects with the phone. To aux input I attached a flash memory player, works well (but the CD reading noise is behind). Excellent supplier support to explain installation details. OVERALL: Honest supplier. Great add-on to my hands-free-only audi bluetooth receiver
It works as expected and does not interfere with the standard bluetooth installation on the car as this device gives the option to enable/disable the music streaming and voice call handsfree seperately.,,, of course the phone needs to support that too. Works great. Fitting instructions could be better. Especially the part where you plug it into the head unit.
