Essential good value
You can't do without one of these cables if you are using a DMS-59 graphics card. It allows you to plug in one or two DVI cables to connect up to two monitors. Together with the second-hand Dell graphics card, some recycled RAM, and an up-to-date Linux distro, it made a kit for me to upgrade an old Windows XP machine into a decent desktop workhorse that should run for a good few years yet.
