It's easy to use & keeps the arm mussels nice & tight, I like it. I have not used it for the leg mussels but given time I may well do. I hope it lasts a good time.

Don't expect too much.
Spring offers greater resistance compared to some other cheaper brands I've tried although it is quite thin metal. My previous product lasted only 3 months before the spring of comparable width snapped, so I wait! The central plastic cover has already broken. Relatively inexpensive product, so don't expect too much.
