I have been a long loyal Karcher user which they are world leaders in cleaning equipment but on this occasion they have failed. I find the long start up time poor, the pressure reads good on paper but poor in reality with each stop start needing a few seconds to empty the water from the gun line, The gun line could be longer, Accessory lid/tank cover opens when emptying tank dropping tools out, No Smoove head to use with towel only a Bristol which pokes through scratching surface of leather car seats, Finally tells you to empty machine fully this can only be done once the pressure has gone fully due to safety twist cap meaning you forget until next time. Overall I’m disappointed if I had paid the Manufacturers asking price it would have gone back, this is why these machines are on e bay cheap as customer returns mine looks brand new wheels haven’t touched a hard surface buy it cheap or not at allRead full review

This thing just lacks the power necessary to do a professional job at semiprofessional at best. It’s a rather plasticky offering in comparison to some of the truly professional units out there and I honestly don’t feel it’s worth the extortionate asking price. I was lucky enough to get to use a friends one a few moments after losing a bid for another one and I’m glad I didn’t win now... Lucky escape.

Excellent steamer. The twin tanks mean you never run out of steam (well the machine doesn't). Perfect for bathrooms and kitchens. Used in commercial kitchen for daily and monthly cleaning. Wouldn't be without it! Downside: It is heavy. We have the trolley with t and all the attachments too so it is not overly transportable and is bulky to store.
