Good genuine Fitbit USB bluetooth dongle.
Fitbit USB bluetooth dongle all works as it should with the Fitbit windows app. It did require a update to the firmware before it was happy but that's pretty normal these days from my experience. Wasn't really working properly without the firmware update but the windows Fitbit app pretty much did all of the firmware update without any effort. A bit fiddly.
I bought this because my wife bought me a Fitbit Ionic for my birthday & it wouldn't work. The Ionic has very bad levels of compatibility with other devices. Neither of our phones nor either of our laptops would allow the Ionic to update it's firmware. The watch wouldn't work until it was updated. I had to turn off the built in Bluetooth on my laptop to force it to recognise the dongle then, all went well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Only get if there is no other way around
