Disappointing!
Although I did not not see any major improvement to my hair it has other benefits, sure as boosting my energy levels and to some degree increase growth to my nails. However what this product fails to address is the side effects such as break outs, I have great skin anyway, I had breaks on the left side of my lower jaw, which were at times extremely painful. After going on You tube I found that I had to increase my water intake from 1ltr to 2ltr and that my breakouts stopped.
