Screw came out.
One of the screws came out causing the camera to fall off the spotting scope. Fortunately, I caught the camera and it wasn't damaged no thanks to this adapter.

Did expect a few slight marks & rubs, first one sent was ok, most recernt one 2 threads flattened, this worries me.
This is such a very handy product, today the item that arrived has damaged threads, this could affect or damage matching thread on my expensive camera lens, now I have a problem. whilst I truely appreciate having the opportunity to receive such a special accessory, I have purchased 2 pieces over last 60 days, some slight rubs or edge marks on first one is ok, I love it, but this one has dissapointed me, not sure how you have stored your products but is it possible that this most recent item was dropped on floor. Please try to assist me, I will definately continue to purchase your wonderful products and recommend your good company to others. just need some help with this one that I am scared to attach to camera lens.
