Proper tool for the job.
This tool reminds me to only buy the best you can afford. It feels substantial and weighty, perfectly balanced. The speed settings are perfect with fine work. I'm sold on this brand.

Metabo SXE 3125
A bit heavy, but that's not a big problem. As all Metabo tools are slightly heavier than opposition. Working well. Speed adjustment just perfect. The only minor issue I found was pad holder doesn't hold the paper as it should in my opinion, or I'm using cheap paper, and maybe that's the problem, but overall nice little tool with a lot of power in it.

So I far am very pleased, I have always used air sanders, this is a viable alternative for smaller scale jobs. Seems a robust bit of kit.
