I bought these tablets as I have arthritis and had heard that collagen together with hyaluronic acid was good for this, also collagen is reported to have benefits for skin, hair, nails etc. As yet it is still early days as I have not been taking the tablets for long but I haven't noticed any side-effects and the tablets themselves, whilst not small, seem to be enteric coated and therefore easy to swallow. I guess it is a case of 'watch this space' as I think I would need to use the tablets for at least a couple of months for any benefits to be completely apparent.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
