Bargain!
This little machine is excellent. I have an expensive steam cleaner I paid a lot of money for and there is not much difference between them if anything I prefer this one as it is so quick and easy to use and very lightweight. Almost excellent but...
I was very pleased with this steam mop until I tried it on velvet sofa upholstery and ended up with rows of vertical lines where I'd put a little pressure on it to remove a stain. Unfortunately, I hadn't realised that the steam is forced out of several small holes in a row, and it'd burned the fabric off as they travelled. Result: a permanently scarred expensive sofa. The steamer instructions don't mention upholstery but neither do they give a warning about fabric cleaning. I wish they had mentioned it, because reviews of other, similar products speak highly of cleaning furniture.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Returned very disappointed
