Difficult to remove backing and didn't stick to dog coat
I bought this to patch up a dog coat. The patch was well packaged and a good size. I really struggled to separate the backing paper from the patch and after doing this the patch material did seem very flimsy. I stuck it to the coat and held it down for some time but it just wouldn't stick. The material I was sticking it to had a slightly raised pattern to it and this may have been the reason why it wouldn't completely adhere to it. In the end it came away completely. Brilliant product to extend the life of outdoor clothing.
This is brilliant!! I used it to repair an expensive outdoor jacket they had been fought on barbed wire, almost tearing off a pocket. I opened up the lining to fix from the inside. Following the instructions it made an almost invisible repair. Even though the colour wasn’t a good match you can’t see it so it doesn’t really matter.
