Good heat dispersion
I prefer the metal construction to the plastic alternatives because it will help to draw away any heat build-up. In addition it has better spacing between upper and lower drive fixing positions than the plastic versions I have tried. The plastic versions have plenty of room in the lower tray, but this can make the upper one cramped in the computers 3.5" slot; I prefer to mount the SSD in the lower position and a large capacity HDD in the upper for heat dissipation reasons, and these HDD drives tend to be over 7mm thick.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
