I like this camera a lot because it’s lightweight/too, compact enough to fit inside of your trousers/coat pocket. The quality of the 16 MP pictures is, well and truly, excellent(especially, for selfies/or, landscapes/cityscapes/waterscapes/-etc). The battery charges really fast, in a few hours; you don’t need to wait all day. As well as, the usual ‘still’ shots...for which there are many different camera modes(day/night); it also allows one to take 180 degree digital Panorama; and, also, movies. I brought it 2nd hand for just £12.00; the normal price is 4 times that; so, I feel I got a bargain. NOTE: It doesn’t use normal AA size batteries which you can easily buy in most shops; so, you might need to buy a ‘spare‘ battery/or, two...that allows you to shoot for much longer. I use it with a 16 GB/or, 32 GB SD memory stick card; but, you can go up to 64 GB+...especially, if you wish to capture movies.Read full review

Welcome to my review, this is in good faith, I am no expert, just a keen ebay member happy to help you choose a camera. Q. Why did I buy? A. I use an AX 650 to take most of the images I use on ebay, I find the camera easy to use and the image quality to be very good, with the zoom / large images that you can show on ebay you need a camera that can produce the goods. This is a great camera if you need to take pics in a hurry, with auto and SR settings the camera is a point and shoot joy to use. The camera uses AA batteries, these are available anywhere, however I advise you to use high power rechargable batts as you will save in the long run. I would advise you to buy the best package you can, ie leads charger batteries and memory card if you can, this saves you waiting for the other components to be delivered. I am aware that this type of camera can and does suffer with lens transport problems, find out from the seller if all is ok with this area of the camera, repairs would cost more in most cases than the unit is worth. In summary a good camera that i would recommend, a nice starter for older children with a bit of care great images are possible. I base this not only on fuji cameras but also sony and panasonic.Read full review
