Great value, lightweight with good features. Needs assembly though!
Excellent value and quick delivery on this rollator. Bought for my mother who is happy with it (and we've tried several with no success!) Arrived in perfect condition. It looks great, modern, good colour, handy bag underneath the seat. Weighs a little over 6 kg, the lightest one I have found as a reasonable price. Lots of height adjustments possible on the frame as well as the handles which is really helpful. It doesn't come ready assembled. It is relatively simple to put together, probably took me about 15 minutes, no tools required - clearer photos of the process would have helped (that's why I rated it 4 stars rather than 5). I think an older person might struggle to assemble it themselves. I'm happy with this. It needed a lot of assembly and adjustment before it was adequate. That's difficult for many disabled people including me. I removed the curved bar as the seat is very narrow so the bar pushes you of the seat. Now, because I'm very light weight, I can sit on it and get someone to push me along - though it feels like the seat base is very stressed when I do that. With a tray in the bag under the seat it is a nice gimbal for carrying cups of tea without spilling. The brakes are lockable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

As a person with arthritis, fatigue and balance issues a cane is not helpful. I bought this as it seemed very good value. It has a seat rest which is ideal. My only issue is I wouldn't be able to put it together myself. Hence the 4 and not 5 stars. It folds to go in a car and is easy to use with a cane holder and lockable wheels when used as a seat rest. Super handy when you need to stop and rest. It looks modern and is suitable for young or older people. Super item at an incredible price - won't disappoint.
We received this item today and are very impressed. Don’t let the price lead you to believe that this is a flimsy or second-rate product. It is a factory refurbished rollator (as clearly stated in its listing), so does have some really tiny cosmetic scratches which don’t affect its overall performance in the slightest. It’s astoundingly good value for money and you could pay much more for an inferior product. My husband definitely falls into the category of a taller user (6’ 2”), and this (super-easy-to-assemble) rollator suits him very well. Its seat is also wide enough to allow him to ‘perch’ relatively comfortably whenever he needs to take a breather. Although on its maximum height setting we don’t find it to be at all wobbly; it’s very sturdy and feels safe. Once assembled the brakes were in a perfect position to operate and needed no further adjustment. It does differ very slightly from the photographed item (for example, its wheels have five spokes, not three, and the tyres have a different tread). They seem to be of an extremely hardwearing material, however, and I think on the whole any variance from the photograph probably represents a design modification which actually enhances the rollator’s usefulness. It is fairly lightweight, given its overall robustness, and folds up exceptionally easily so should be straightforward to put in a car boot or take on public transport. All in all this is a highly practical, well-designed product and at this price deserves to be snapped up immediately. Fantastic product
I'm really happy with this product. My main reason for buying it was because the seat height is adjustable as well as the handles. As I have a lot of pain and stiffness in my hips a high seat is useful as I don't get the pain so much when I sit down. It was easy to assemble once I'd worked out what was what. If you don't mind a couple of constructive suggestions, it would be really helpful if; a) the photos in the instruction manual were larger, my eyesight isn't great and I was struggling, and; b) if the parts could actually be labelled it would be so much easier to follow the written instructions. I did however manage to put it together myself with only the minimum of head scratching and a little bit of jiggling pieces into position. I only swore once when I caught my finger, which was my fault for not concentrating. Now it's up and running it's brilliant. I am mobile again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value
I am very tall so when I first put it together I had all the parts on the longest settings. This made it very unstable and I finished up flat on my back! When we changed some of the settings it was fine and I use it all the time. The seat isn't madly comfortable and the bag is only mesh but on the whole it's her good and certainly good value. a good lightweight walker
This was easy to assemble and to adjust to allow both my daughter and myself to use as needed. It feels sturdy and the seat is good and solid. I can't give it 5 stars for 2 reasons.... 1 - several nuts and bolts were loose when it arrived, thankfully they fell out whilst it was being used indoors so it was easy to remedy 2 - there is no grip on the tyres so it can be a little skiddy on carpets.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Lightweight with great features and it looks good.
I bought this rollator because it's lightweight and takes a heavy person, good wheels larger than usual which should make it easier to go over terrain , it folds up nicely, some storage space under the seat, also you can adjust the height of the seat on this one and adjust the height of the handles, ideal for different heights.i have just noticed that there is a handbrake with this rollator, It's not mentioned in the booklet, you need to push the brakes downwards, you will hear a click, and to unlock, just pull the brakes back up, so great.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Freedom for Mum
This is a great quality stroller. Allows my mum to wander down to the shop but also rest when she needs too. Little basket for bits of shopping. Although it folds flat I find it very useful to take it apart and put the sections in spaces in the car so it doesn’t really take up any room.
