Ideal way to do home brewed wine,safer & lighter than a glass demijon. The only complaint is that 5ltrs comes right to the top of the demijon,hence not leaving enough space for fermentation to take place, so don't fill to the top during vigorous fermentation, top up when this has subsided but would definitely recommend this product

Poor quality
Buy yourself a 5 litre bottle of water from the supermarket then you'll have a sturdier bottle than this and 5 litres of water and around £4 left over!
