Perimenopausal Sore Boobs Life Saver!!
I had really sore boobs and was getting concerned and after wayyyyy to many people put the fear of god with tales of women who missed the signs and had breast cancer I hot footed it for a consultation with my doctor where the nurse confirmed what I actually did think it was perimenopausal madness. The pain is due to the body starting to down size its estogen stores and it freaking hurts! I was told I could either take some drug (no thanks) or evening primrose oil. On asking what primrose oil did, they had no idea other than "it works". My partner told me later that it has fabulous anti inflammatory properties and is an essential omega oils! Within 2 days using two capsules a day, the pain had not just subsided but gone! I also quit drinking anything with caffeine in and kicked anything with refined sugar in it to the kerb too. However, Evening Primrose oil ROCKS! The only downside is the capsules are pretty thickly coated, the upside of this is that I eat them like a little chewy snack! BOOM downside averted. Oh, and yes you can just swallow them with a big gulp of water but you do need the water. I would recommend these to anyone who, like me, avoids pharma drugs like the plague as a superb anti inflammatory.
