Mushroom brain food has instant coffee
I’d heard a lot about the brain clarifying qualities of foursigMatic mushroom drink. I pay £10 for a 10 sachets in which I was surprised to find as well as ground mushroom a fair dozing of instant coffee albeit organic! They wasn’t so tasty as for example freshly roasted dandelion coffee And it didn’t mix with milk well. But my main problem is that the creative qualities of lions mane, chaga, or Cordyceps is lost in the instant coffee mix

Tastes like cheap instant coffee but smells horrible like cooked meat/gravy that's gone off. I found myself waiting for it to be cool enough for me to hurriedly drink in one go. It was very expensive for what you got. I noticed no difference in my brain or body. I know some things take a while before you noticed them but after 10 consecutive days I would have expected something.
