I bought this product for my wife who, after having retired a while ago, had lots of problems sleeping. She unduly worried about anything and everything. I decided at that point to give these capsules a try. Obviously like everything else, I am not sure how it would effect other users, but they worked for my wife. Good for sleeping and feeling less hungry
I purchased these tablets as I was finding it hard getting to sleep and staying asleep. From the first night of taking one tablet an hour before retiring I found no trouble in sleeping and it has been the same ever since. The other unexpected benefit is that I found I am much less hungry, previously I was constantly eating twice as much as I should be.
