does what it says for me at any rate
Followed the instructions to use 2 or 3 times a day as stated, mainly on my hip ie arthritis for 7 - 10 days. After a week or so the pain decreased, so bought another larger tub and carrying on using it less frequently and as required. I've used this for years - I used to have to bring it in from the USA. I have an old elbow injury that flares up every year as the cold weather arrives. This cream puts it to rights in about a week, without it - it can drag on painfully until Christmas.
