The Only marinade for game meat!
Blue Dragon Plum sauce is the only marinade I use with game meats, particularly venison. Heat it separately and pour it over tender medium cuts of venison and I guarantee you will have your guests asking for seconds. Sometime I add a little garlic, ginger and onion to help the texture but it never takes from the lovely sweet rich taste of the plum sauce. It is also pretty good over duck as well.
