Tasty Hard Little Cakes
5* for flavor less 2* for texture I was really looking forward to receiving what were a childhood favorite from Chinatown, Washington, DC. These, however, were somewhat disappointing. The taste is excellent BUT they are like hard little hockey pucks that softened only after being microwaved. These would be totally inedible by the "sell by" date on the package. Don't waste your $!
This was very old and stale! It reads 4pack but it is actually only 4 mung bean cakes in the pack! Far too much to pay! I assumed that it contained 4 packages, like crackers! When I bought these from chinese stores in Atlanta, that is how they came. Very disappointed & would have rather set the $12 on fire & watched it burn than to receive 4 old & stale cakes! 4 per pack or 4 in a pack does not equal 4pack!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Expensive, but Good Quality
To start with the easy part, the only con is the price, although that can be expected from a shipped snack. They're about 2 inches in diameter, and 1 inch thick. People have complained about them being hard, but I thought they were just fine. I enjoyed the flavor. Pleasant, and not very overwhelming.
