Well made ex value
Not sure what the loops are for on the padded shoulder section and the safety catches on the belt clips are very tight. This is a good thing when it's connected, but a nail breaker to "unlatch"!! The loops do not affect use and other than the clips,( which are still good!) it's an excellent product, well made and very reasonably priced. If you are like me and don't like a bulky tac vest, then this is the thing for you. It hooks onto belt eyelets so you can hang what you want on your belt and still keep your trousers up!
