Does the job at perfect price
Silicone flimsy mold, but the madeleines came out perfect. Slightly awkward to handle as it's so wobbly when empty.... but once fillings go in and provides a bit of weight - lovely to use. And most importantly, cooked well, easy to get them out once cooked and super easy to wash out (can turn inside out). The item is very flimsy and does not hold the shape of the Madeleines when cooking. Very disappointed. I will be returning them as not fit for purpose. Not used this product yet but will be soon. I remember as a child my mum made them. They're so much better the the plain French ones.
