Great budget Atlas replacement....just do this first
Absolutely the first thing needed to be done is take this bipod completely apart and add "red" locktite to threads and torque bolts down. The pivoting system really is no good so just tighten up and use as non-pivot bipod. Overall once the steps above are done this beast is solid. So it makes having a $60 version of Atlas nice, just not fully up to quality level of Atlas, but close enough.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Nice Bipod!
First of all, it's not an Atlas. For the price though, it's a prenominal value and all the bipod the average shooter will ever need. The only complaint i have is that the swivel/pan adjuster is kind of an all-or-nothing proposition as shipped, but remedied easily enough with a fiber washer. Easily Adjustable, good quality, Very good value.

Good quality but needs work...
right of the bat, this pod is not usable. It does not cant or rotate very well. I took it apart, added a couple of o-rngs (as suggested on a video on youtube) and greased the parts. Putting it back together, the bipod worked very well. I guess for the price (1/10th of the real one) it was not much work.
