I'm supprised that is very low noise when you apply prob on skin and search for arteries, compare to Hunthleigh model doppler. The speaker is not so powerful the veasle signal is clear but a little bit quiet. It's easy to find even smaller arteries on fingers. I have no problem with finding pheriferal arterias on foot. Overall it's one of the cheapest vascular doppler and it is good. I can take ABI mueserments white Eaden doppler as well as with expensive one. Only minus is speaker it should be more powerful but you can use headphones white amplifier.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is a great price unit

Doesn't have the best looks but it works well according to my girlfriend, who is a vascular surgeon. She says it's works very well, even gets signals from arteries in the fingers etc (apparently not all of them do), good price compared to other brands.
