Needs tinkering to make it fit and look correct when installed
Product is worthy of 5 stars, save for my comments below; Whilst the 240v outlet socket set is new, it is not purpose built and is actually two items, literally bolted together - the outer casing, and a standard domestic external waterproof socket, but the bolt looks as though it could damage the cables when installed - a shorter bolt would help, or turned so that the nut is on the outside would help future purchasers Also, the casing has some bumps on its inner “back” and this has the effect of not allowing the socket to fit flush - the knock on effect is that the outer case lid will only close under pressure and looks quite bowed when it is closed. I managed to file the bumps flat which helps Also, the socket back box is too wide for the case & the sides bulge outwards - I managed to file the back box sides which helped a little but not perfect, however the gasket is still distorted when trying to put the switch plate into position The unit as a whole is great, and ideal for what I required, but be prepared to put a little effort into making it fit and look right when you come to install it

Better quality alternative
The only bad thing about this is the socket was loose within the housing it just needed a longer bolt to tighten it up apart from Max excellent and get any shake plug in there you don’t have to worry and it’s double waterproofed because of the flat door and the flap sealed door on the plug would recommend
