Great cassette cleaner
I first tried cleaning my cassette with non corrosive products to avoid damaging the seals and wasn't happy with the result. I used a third of a bottle if Thetford cassette cleaner with water as per instructions and left over night. Excellent result and great value for money.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A complete waste of money
I have a brand new cassette toilet which I used for the first time at the beginning of 2017. I used green sachets for the bottom tank and pink rinse for the top. I used the toilet for urine only, emptying it weekly for 12 weeks. Washing it out thoroughly with fresh water after each emptying. I purchased the tank cleaner as a simple routine clean before another winter trip away. There was quite a build up of what I take to be calcium. The tank cleaner failed to remove the scale following the instructions carefully. I subsequently attempted to use the cleaner undiluted. That has failed too. My brand new cassette toilet is now caked with calcium and I have no idea how to remove it. This product did not work at all.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not as good as I hoped
Left this cleaner in the cassette for several days, shaking it vigorously many times. Unfortunately it did not get rid of the stains completely nor (more importantly) the unpleasant smell.
