There must be slight differences between the Ravenheat boilers. This fitted my 780 85 aaa boiler valve but it still leaked after a few days. Perhaps it was reconditioned and not really new as I noticed water mark stains around the centre pin on the outside of the cartridge? The original had a nylon sleeve around the pin, this was brass, the seals were thinner. For whatever reason this leaked when fitted, I ended up fitting the old one back with new O rings, Buyer beware Update 03/04/2024. Purchased another and same again it leaked, pot luck if you get a good refurbished one. Update *** I’m aware now that the genuine later part is the one with the nylon sleeve that resists leaking, there is a video by Ravenheat on YouTube explaining the differences.
