Great Product! Highly recommend
After battling with my wife about my snoring and refusing to get a CPAP machine, I came across this product. After reading the research, I thought what could I lose. It made sense and the cost was cheap. This product keeps your lower jaw from slipping back and causing your tongue to restrict your airway. Molding the mouth piece to your mouth was easy. Just remember to have your lower jaw in a slightly forward position to maximize it's effectiveness. Instantly my wife commented that I was not snoring anymore. It really saved my marriage and the stress we were going through. Now I recommend this to everyone I know who snores. It does make your teeth/gums a little sore for a couple of days but it goes away and you hardly notice your even wearing it. Much better that wearing one of those masks. Used it for about 1 hour
Not very comfortable to wear while sleeping. Builds up saliva and makes it hard to swallow your saliva. Doesn't open and close with your mouth so you almost have to clamp down on it to stay in place. This is my 4th time ordering these. I like them and 100% better then a c-pap machine. If you need help with getting these adjusted properly. Just ask me. Nice, soft rubbery feeling. I'm sure I'll order more when I need them again. By the way cleans easy with Polident. Do yourself a favor and do not use the other cleaner like Polident. Stopped my snoring
So after paying $600 for an ent specialist and a sleep study only to be told that i had no sleep apnea and my snoring was "hereditary" i was told to ask about a custom mouthpiece made by my dentist. Before spending another $600 i decided to try this out and to my surprise it got rid of my snoring on the first night. My wife is thrilled!!!!!! When done correctly, the mouth piece fits like a glove and after a few minutes you barely notice it. I do suggest a head sling tho since it fell out of my mouth once. Cheap and it works.

I can finally sleep!
