At first sceptical due to the large quantity of suppliers for this type of product, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of these ear pads. Supplied well packaged and with a removal tool for the old adhesive, they are a pleasure to wear, and no different to the originals at twice the price, with no degradation of the sound. Wholeheartedly recommended. I even found the tool useful in seating the new pads.

These cushions fit nicely in the headphones and are easy to install. The foam inside is quite hard at first and will be uncomfortable for an initial period of use but it will soften up after a while. They are no way near the amount of comfort as the original cushions, but for a fifth of the price of the originals, they are a decent buy.

I don’t typically write reviews, however, these are so good and half the price as from Bose I wanted to share my view. The suggested video didn’t seem to help much and didn’t cover the inner linings. If you feel uncomfortable I’d suggest watching youtu.be/Rw5ur3Drtxo, but there are several if you search - Bose replacement pads. These appear to me to be better than the original as they have stronger stitched seams which do not feel any different when using. I had to replace the originals as one of the pads seams had split while the other was beginning to show signs of wear on the front of the pad. They seem identical in looks and quality, both the inner [L] & [R] lining and outer pads. The old pads just pulled off easily and the inner linings pealed off from the edges, they are glued with two small strips of tape. I didn’t feel the need to use the supplied ‘adhesive removal’ tool, the old double-sided tape just rolled up using the tip of a finger starting from an end. One of the strips is over the edge of a ribbon cable so need to be careful. The new pad liners went on easy, using the [L] & [R] to get the right ones and the right way up - do one at a time :-) no significant line up seemed to be required. The pads have a firm ring that slots under a number of tabs. I found using the edge of my thumb was enough to push an hear it click into place, slowly moving around the whole rim.Read full review

Unfortunately, like most, my genuine ear pads started to split and lost most of the noise cancelling/sound quality. After much scouring the Internet I came to the impression that all aftermarket ear pads were poor quality, at least in comparison to the genuine ones. I however, decided to take a gamble with these and kept my expectations low. Once arrived I was immediately impressed with the softness of the memory foam and leather. The installation was a bit fiddly but I made sure to sit down and take the time to carefully install them while watching the installation YouTube video. These are good quality, especially for the price.

A great product for the Price. They were easy to fit with a little patience on my QC 35's and so far i am very happy with them as a substitute for the very expensive Genuine Bose ones which are around twice the Price. Time will tell as to how they last. I would say the Original Bose ones are 10/10 for comfort and i would give these 8/10.The originals just seem to fit a little more snugglier on the ears and feel slightly softer.
