Nice formula
Inexpensive but comparable to designer, high priced liners. Matte finish, long wearing. Rigid, thin brush for fine or thick lines. More accurate than felt tipped liners. Brown Liner
I love the Vit E liner it is the one i purchase all the time at a much cheaper price but the store where get it from no longer sell them. I' m not satisfied though with the felt tip liner it seems the gel is too thin does not adhere onto the lids especially on the waterline. The brush tip liner u s the worst, the gel is too dry. Tried to dip the brush on it but the gel is too tough. So with that i will give it only 3 stars because of the Vit E liner.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It's ok for the price...
The brush sucks. If you want a sharp wing then you're going to have a hard time achieving that with this brush. It's very liquidy but it does dry matte. I put it on in the morning after I woke up & washed my face & so my eyes were watering (because of lack of lack of sleep) & it was coming off from my inner corners after it had dried? Like, I thought it was supposed to be waterproof?? It held up pretty good for the rest of the day though. I probably would never buy again but I was DESPERATE.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
