  • Great guitar, Great price.

I've wanted a bass of this type for a long time but could not afford the original American version so when I saw what you were offering I just had to have one. I spend a lot of time working on guitars so purchased this as the basis for a project but I soon found that it needed much less work than I expected. Straight from the box it looked and felt right, sounded good and after fitting a new nut, strings and a half hours set up was very comfortable to play with a low action I also reshaped the headstock and made a new truss rod cover that is in keeping with the overall design. Build quality is excellent and your service second to none. I might even buy another one in the future, thanks guys, Best Regards Nick Davidson.

  • Rocktile Rickenbacker style bass

I have owned many basses and have been active in bands and gigging for 25 years I am very impressed so far with this bass.I play a fender USA bass which I've had from new which followed 3 eq Ernie ball musician which was my main bass for 10 years .I've dabbled with loads of "spare basses" but never really been happy with them or gigged them.I can honestly say I can't believe how well made this rocktile bass is.It plays really well intonation is spot on I just needed to tune it and adjust the bridge saddles .I've played a few rickenbackers but I'll be honest there not very good basses despite the hype but if you want to try so.thing completely different that looks really good I would recommend this .It's not a beginners bass but if you have a bit of experience you can make it work and it sounds really good.It does need some better sytrings on it but the ones on it are quite good.athe only issues I've found and I am extremely picky are. Slight chip wheter the neck joint joins the body ,I've just put a somr of varnish on it with a cocktail stick and you can't even see it ,one of the frets is a bit sharp near the top of the neck and finally one the wood on the body is slightly miss matched ie darker were it's laminated but it adds a bit of character if I'm honest.Cannt wait to gig it at ings lane WMC in early Jan

  • Rockville Bass (Rick copy)

What an absolute bargain, very little attention needed to set this great guitar up and it sounds as good as it looks. For a fraction of the price of the Rick you get a fantastically playable guitar with a great sound. Only thing missing is the Ricosound stereo output, but who cares? Grab a bargain at £124 I have an excellent bass guitar.
