SOMETHING I REALLY NEEDED
Given a choice I would never use Roundup or any other toxic substance to kill weeds, but there are times when, in desperation I did. Something has got out of control and has long, long roots which produce large plants all along. When this is the case, I do use the RoundUp Gel. It has been very carefully thought out and the container is easy to use. You really can put an extremely small amount on a leaf (before this I was using an artists' brush to do the same thing). The gel comes out of the container very slowly and evenly, so you are not left with any cleanup. They say to clean the top by wiping it on a leaf, so I did. It is not time for the plant to show any signs of treatment yet, but I am pretty confident that it will.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Put it on weeds in my late Wife's flower bed, Tried to get on just the weeds & not on any flowers , after one week the weeds are still there just a little brown spots on some of the leaves. doesn’t work

Your dymondia full of weeds?
I’d like to think of myself as organic, green, etc but after planting a drought tolerant lawn of dymondia and seen it taken over by weeds I was at my wits end. I spent hours on my hands and knees pulling out crabgrass, clover and other weeds. My family grew tired of me asking for help. Once I hired three men and spent hundreds of dollars to pull all the weeds. The lawn looked great for about two weeks before the weeds came back. Stumbled across the Round Up gel. Back on my hands and knees again but with none of the effort of pulling weeds. A little dab on top of the weed and it died the next day and the dymondia was fine. Then I heard about the wand applicator. Couldn’t find it in the US but got it on EBay through the UK I think. No more bending over. Now about once every couple of weeks I stroll through the yard doing touch ups on any new weeds and I’m done in 20 minutes. My yard is about 3000 sq feet. Today it’s looking pretty good.
