Easy to swallow capsule
I was a little sceptical about this product, but after having taken this now for just over 2 weeks, I am still waiting to see the benefits, which I have no doubt about. I have also spoken to a friend who is taking the same capsules, & after about a month, they have started to see a difference. Good value for money. No side effects whatsoever, & would most certainly be continuing to take these hair vitamins. They are easy to swallow with a glass of water.
