This is a very high gloss paint with a superb finish as good as I have seen anywhere. Easy to use and ready for the next coat after 30 minutes. The problem is that there are few solids, causing the paint to be semi transparent, and it took seven coats to properly cover. These seven coats were applied every 45 minutes, giving a wonderful finish. Now, 2 days later, the paint remains soft. Paint too thick would not spray properly
I ordered two of the racing green as well as some other colours. While the other colours were fine, the racing green was too thick and so even after lengthy and careful shaking, the nozzle would immediately clog after spraying for 5 secs or so, resulting in a patchy coating and being unable to finish the can. I had to repeatedly soak the nozzle in white spirit to get anywhere, but the whole thing was a complete waste of time. I had the same problem with both cans. Good result!
I used this product to spray my motorcycle - a similar colour to the original. It dries quickly to a very high gloss in around 10 -15 minutes, dry enough to apply a second coat in about in about an hour, I used light grey primer on bare metal parts, which needed 3 coats to cover it, the only down side is that it takes a long time to harden, about a month or more, but overall it the result looks good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
