Lots of light in a small package
Compact, versatile flashlight. I'm a biomedical equipment technician, and this light is great for repair work. I had a Surefire P3X Fury, which I sold after I bought this Nightcore. The Fury is a great light for outdoors, but with only 2 intensity settings it didn't cut it as a technicians light. The Nitecore on the other hand, with it's 4 intensity settings, and compact size, really does the job! Plus it has a USB charging port on the side so you can plug it in at night to be fully charged by morning. The battery voltage indicator is yet another fine feature of this light which more expensive brands don't have. My only negative overall is that although the top setting is rated at 1000 lumens, I'm a bit skeptical that this light produces that much brightness. Perhaps with new Lithium Ion batteries it does, as my light has a rechargeable 3.7v battery. Don't get me wrong, it's still plenty bright, and it runs a long time on the rechargeable. Overall, it's lot of light for a very reasonable price
