Just the right pan
Pan has a flat bottom, allowing easy use of a spatula from all sides. It heats fast and evenly. The non-stick finish works really well, but if making a fried egg, it is much easier to turn them if a bit of olive oil or margarine is used first, to allow the yolk to say intact.
