Pan has a flat bottom, allowing easy use of a spatula from all sides. It heats fast and evenly. The non-stick finish works really well, but if making a fried egg, it is much easier to turn them if a bit of olive oil or margarine is used first, to allow the yolk to say intact. Cleanup is really easy. I have many commercial pots and pans, and this one is on the top of my list to use first.
Have had these pots/pans for years...started looking for something else and couldn't find any product as good as what I already had so decided to replace them one by one...best decision I could have made! Easy clean up and lasts for years.
Best no stick pan we've ever had. It never goes into the dishwasher. some detergents will ruin the finish.
we have had other pans from Swiss for a few years and they are still no stick. cost more, but you get what you pay for.
