Fidally to use, doesn't last long
This stuff looks like it's a great idea but in reality when you come to using it it's really difficult to place on furniture and peels off/gets stuck to anything that accidentally brushes it almost as soon as it goes on. Imagine doubke sided sticky clingfilm = nightmare. To be honest you are probably better off using double sided tape and discovering that that also doesn't really work. At least this is cheap though. Don't bother with a more expensive version as I think this is actually quite good quality but the nature of the product is to frustrate the hell out of you! Mine lasted a day at most before the cat knocked it off. You're better with carpet or blankets over furniture to stop them clawing. Cat scratching furnishing deterent
This product is really good at stopping the cat from scratching the corner or the settee. The sheets are large enough to be cut in half. It works.... sort of.
It does work on one of my sofas as long as you're very gentle applying it, but not on the other which has been scotchguarded. It tells you that in the accompanying leaflet, but I wish I'd know before I bought them as that's the sofa that gets scratched the most. So it's half good, half useless. Will I buy again? Saved my sofa

Good but tricky!!
They are good in principle, but sadly I put two on and within minutes I caught them and they ripped off. A bit tricky to apply... when they are on my cat avoids scratching the sofa it’s just getting them on and ensuring they stay on!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

So far so good......
I stuck these on two new sofas (bought to replace the ones our cats shredded). So far, there is no evidence of any attempt to scratch. The only downside is their long fur sticks to it but that's a small disadvantage. I'll order some more.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Did the trick
