    This is a remarkable book by a remarkable author. It details meditation practices hard to find elsewhere. For those with a degree of experience, and a desire to take matters further, it is highly recommended. But for those just starting, or not yet committed, or just curious, it could be useful to try a few mindfulness techniques first. Or perhaps a little Zen. This book is outstanding but it is most definitely not for the faint-hearted!
