    I was lokking for a walking programme that would help me lose weight, get fit and help realign my spine whilst giving me a feminine not manly muscular structure. I have lost quite a few inches in heught sunce my 20's and this programme restores lost height through compacting if the spine from aging. This is just perfect for me. I would definitely recommend.     I am over 70 and can’t run because I fall over. I already walked a lot but was also developing a Dowergers hump. This book has personally helped me enormously by getting me to stand up straight and walk more fluidly. I feel stronger and fitter and feel less like a camel doing something that I already enjoy.
