A great book to help those trying to manage calorie intake. I normally prefer diet cookbooks to be organised by meal type (breakfast, lunch etc), but this is great as it allows you to just work within the parameters of the calories available on fast days. The recipies are easy to use and are for foods I would usually eat anyway. Definitely a useful book if starting out on the 5:2!
