This stuff works great! The cleaner makes your outdoor gear feel and smell great again, even after hard use. The wash-in waterproofing makes it perform like-new as well. You will be amazed. These bottles only treat a couple of garments each, so it might seem a little bit spendy, but it's absolutely worth it when you're caught in a downpour and your old gear keeps you dry. Water Proofing Good--Cleaner is NOT
Used the cleaner as directed-TWICE- and it did NOT get the ring around the collar dirt out of my ski jacket so I had to use a regular detergent to get it clean. Good stuff ! Long time user of Nikwax Tech Wash & TX.Direct Wash-in water proofing; difficult to find locally, especially the Duo Pack. Actually left my day-glo neon green motorcycle jacket go too long without washing ! Used a small spray bottle and soft brush to pre-treat fronts of sleeves with full strength Tech Wash; washed as directed. Immediately started fresh wash cycle after that, with the TX.Direct. Two years and thousands of road miles worth of grime… disappeared ! The jacket almost looked new ! Riding buddy thought I got a new jacket !
