  • Well meant ,but impractical.

A curious book. I'm sure Gregor is sincere ,but most of the content consists of accreditations to various teachers ,but is reluctant to really talk about Pranayama (which unfortunately is what the book purports to be about). Gregor is extremely opinionated and rarely backs up his statements of "fact" with facts .Iv'e been a Yoga practitioner for 30 years , the last book I bought on Pranayama was BKS Iyengar's which I persevered with but found too difficult to understand. Just buy a good Pranayama App ,I use one and find it fantastic.........Yoga ,and Pranayama are too important to be portrayed as esoteric nonsense.......some introspection required ,I think Gregor.
