Addictive Snack Food - somewhat good for you~!
Addictive taste....ZESTY as the advertise. Ginger can be a hard spice for people to handle raw, picked, etc.....but in this form, it should be easy. Sweet but the ginger taste still rules. Quite fiberous....Ginger is great for your digestive system. Keeps things calm if you are prone to upset stomachs. Between the high fiber content (12%) , low calories per serving (140), good calcium (8%), low fat (ZERO) and no cholesterol...what's not to love?
