Wow, what a difference, even on paved roads!
Bought this for the rear of a tandem. Wow, what a difference. I can no longer feel any of the cracks, lumps or bumps in the road! A huge pothole feels like a little lump. Possibly the LT was overkill for road riding, but it sure feels great! Love it! The included elastomers did not include the combo needed for my weight, 125 lbs, so I spent another $8 to separately purchase the softer elastomer. Now I have two firm elastomers I'm not using. Keep in mind that the LT takes up about 4 inches of seatpost height, so if you don't have that much space currently showing on your seatpost between your saddle and your bike frame, you probably can't use it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Functions very well but expensive
It does the job it promises to do well, ie saves your spine from the small bumps but not the large ones. Nothing bad to report technically or functionally. Very expensive in my opinion. I paid $AS99 for a Kmart bike and put a $A300 Thudbuster on it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
