This is a prefect electric frying pan
This is a large pan, but I have used it may times since my purchase and it wonderful. I have cook many dishes in it not just frying. I have cook bacon, eggs, dinners that are not fried. More skillet to use, but less to store
Nice configuration, being longer than wide. Lid allows complete view. Heat controls seem accurate. Folds up very nicely for storage in our pantry.
