Scooped and too powerful.
The output is too high for my liking. It has a scooped sound that is lacking in mids. Had to take them out of my Wolfgang Special and installed Bareknuckle holy divers. More mids and less output.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good overall tone.
These are toned down slightly from the early years. they have great tone! Only gripe I have is on the bridge the poles doesn't appear to spaced correctly for FR bridges. ( as nicely as SD does on their Trembuckers)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
