Great sleep aid
Best product of its kind I have found on the market. Have suffered with severe sleep problems including sleep apnea for decades. Tried all kinds of sleep prescriptions and over the counter. Natrol Melatonin really helps you to fall asleep and get some good sleep. I take a bit more than they say and it can be a little rough tasting (cough syrup-y) HOWEVER, it works. The formula has been changed
I used this for years, it had a good taste and helped me sleep. They took the sweetener out that was natural, replaced it with SUCRALOSE.......yuck! Way too sweet leaves an aftertaste, not a healthy change. Why mess with a good thing?Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Why I recommend Natrol Melatonin
I have had problems with insomnia. Many nights with little or no sleep. I tried the pill form but it didn't work for me. I saw the liquid form from Natrol with 2.5mg liquid. So I take as directed along with (1) TB of Hemp Oil and in 30 to 45 minutes I have to go to bed. I feel rested the next morning. So glad they're making it in liquid form now. I like the melatonin liquid because it gets in the system more quickly than the solid oral products. I have a syringe that draws up 10 ml of liquid. I put the 10 ml doses in empty plastic prescription bottles, add an equal amount of water and have several doses made up for the week. Only Melatonin that works for my son
This works differently for each person. Once you get the correct timing and dosage for you, this stuff works well for people that have trouble sleeping. It helps you relax and fall asleep. My special needs child had a lot of sleep issues. Without this, he would be up till 2:00 am. every night. With Natrol, he is asleep by 10:00 every night.
