I started out with the nutrakey creatine and enjoyed so I thought to give the carnitine a try. I’ve been using Nutrakey Carnitine for about a month now and didn’t feel like it has done much. It is supposed to help with energy and weight loss. As instructed I took it in the morning on an empty stomach and a hour before lunch. I did not feel any energy that it promotes to give you and as far weight loss only the first week did I notice that it did assist with not being as hungry and after the first week nothing really changed and I felt like my appetite was back to normal. AVOID! Stick with normal old L Carnitine.....unless you like dizziness, lightheadedness, shallow breathing, inability to catch your breath, and core trembling like you are about to have a panic attack. ALL of these things happened to me after taking this. When I stopped the symptoms stopper. When I reintroduced it to my training, the symptoms came back.
